Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and inquiries regarding excursions, tours, transfers, and other tourist services mediated or organized through Hurghada Travel VIP.
By booking a service, the guest accepts the conditions applicable to the respective booking.
Booking and Confirmation
Booking inquiries can be made in particular via WhatsApp, email, or other contact methods provided by Hurghada Travel VIP.
An inquiry alone does not constitute a binding booking confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed as soon as the date, desired service, and essential booking information have been confirmed between the guest and Hurghada Travel VIP.
Prices
The prices stated refer to the respective tour or service and may be indicated as a price per person, total price, or starting price depending on the offer.
The price communicated and confirmed to the guest within the booking confirmation is authoritative.
Services not expressly stated as included may incur additional costs.
Payment
Payment modalities will be communicated to the guest as part of the respective booking.
Depending on the tour or service, the timing and method of payment may vary.
The payment terms agreed upon during the respective booking are authoritative.
Pickup and Transfer
For tours where pickup or transfer is part of the service, the pickup location and approximate pickup time will be communicated in connection with the booking.
The guest is responsible for noting the provided pickup information and appearing at the agreed meeting point on time.
Depending on the location of the hotel or accommodation, special transfer conditions or additional agreements may apply.
Changes to the Tour Itinerary
The actual itinerary of a tour may change due to weather conditions, safety requirements, regulatory guidelines, traffic conditions, organizational circumstances, or other factors beyond full control.
In such cases, the itinerary may be adjusted if this is necessary for the safe or proper execution of the tour.
Weather and Natural Conditions
For excursions at sea, in the desert, or during other outdoor activities, weather and natural conditions may influence execution.
Safety takes priority. A tour may therefore be adjusted, postponed, or in exceptional cases canceled if safe execution cannot be guaranteed.
Observing specific animals or natural events cannot be guaranteed, as these are natural and completely uncontrollable conditions.
Behavior and Safety
Guests are obligated to follow safety instructions from guides, drivers, boat crews, and other responsible persons during the tour.
This applies in particular to activities such as snorkeling, diving, boat trips, quad tours, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities.
Marine life, corals, and other elements of nature should be treated with respect and generally must not be touched, fed, or damaged.
Health and Participation Requirements
Guests are personally responsible for assessing prior to participation whether their health condition is suitable for the booked activity.
In case of health restrictions, pregnancy, physical discomfort, or other relevant circumstances, Hurghada Travel VIP should be informed before booking or participation.
Additional requirements may apply for certain activities.
Children and Minors
Minors may only participate in tours subject to the conditions applicable to the respective activity.
Parents or accompanying responsible persons are responsible for checking the suitability of the respective tour for traveling children prior to booking.
Cancellation and Rebooking
If a guest wishes to cancel or rebook a booked tour, Hurghada Travel VIP should be notified as early as possible via the provided contact options.
The specific conditions for cancellations, rebookings, or possible refunds depend on the respective tour and the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the Organizer
If a tour must be canceled for safety reasons, due to unsuitable weather conditions, official orders, or other extraordinary circumstances, an attempt will be made to find a suitable alternative solution with the guest.
This may include, for example, a replacement date or another suitable arrangement.
Personal Belongings
Guests are fundamentally responsible for their own personal items such as mobile phones, cameras, documents, money, jewelry, and other valuables.
It is recommended to keep personal belongings safely stored during the respective activity.
Services of External Providers
As part of individual excursions, services may be provided by external service providers such as transport companies, boat operators, local guides, or other tourist service providers.
The terms of the respective service provider may additionally apply to individual services.
Changes to These Terms
Hurghada Travel VIP may adjust these General Terms and Conditions if offered services, organizational processes, or legal requirements change.
The agreements confirmed in connection with a specific booking are authoritative for that booking.
